Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Dealer Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Dealer Network is a peer-to-peer wanted board for independent used car dealers in Ontario, Canada. The Platform allows registered dealers to post vehicle wants and connect with other dealers who may have matching inventory.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the Province of Ontario. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any dealer account at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or abuse other users

6. Transactions Between Dealers

The Platform facilitates connections between dealers but is not a party to any transactions. All deals, negotiations, and transactions are conducted directly between dealers. The Dealer Network assumes no liability for the outcome of any transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by The Dealer Network and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dealer Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
